Do you have an Insomnia? Read these tips to Help You

What time is it? It’s middle of the night and you haven’t sleep yet? Oh, you are facing with Insomian friend! Many young people nowadays are facing with insomnia every night and this can be a big problem. Insomnia can disorder mental health, can leave you without sleeping and your brain can’t function normally during the next day. We can stop this if we follow the next steps, so stay with us to the end and find out which are they. Read it.

Avoid scrolling on the phone before sleeping

Many times happens this to me. I scroll on the phone and checking the net before sleeping because I simply can’t sleep. by doing this, we can increase insomnia and can’t sleep at all, staying awake all night. It’s the same with watching the TV that has the same effect on us.

Avoid drinking coffee late at night

The first advice is to stop drinking coffee late at night because this is the reason why you can’t sleep at all. If you do this every night, you can damage your sleeping and feel bad during the morning when you have to stand up and go to work.

Go to bed at the same time every night

If you follow my advice you will sleep like a little baby so you have to go to bed at the same time each night. With this, you will have some habit of sleeping and will sleep well every night.

Stand up early in the morning even if you don’t have to go to work

If you couldn’t sleep all night due to insomnia, stand up early in the morning even if you have no need for standing up. With this, the day will pass and the next night you will fell asleep and that’s it. You won’t have insomnia anymore!

Avoid sleeping during the day

If you sleep during the day chances t get asleep in the night are small. So, don’t sleep during the day go outside, play with friends, love life and leave space in the night for sleeping. If you follow my advice you won’t have a need to stay awake for all night because you will fall asleep soon as you get in bed.

Buying a new mattress can help you to sleep well

The next and maybe interesting advice is that you need a new mattress that will help you to take a deep breath and relax. When we buy a new mattress for our bed we are happy and wish to try it so we fall asleep immediately. Maybe this will sound strange and it’s little like making an advertisement campaign about Dormeo but it is the truth!!!
